Our History

Meet The Crew Of "The Rovers Return"

Chris Lowe. Our Captain, Chris is the mainstay of Cruisin' He holds a BC boat operators license and has been running tours on the beautiful Shuswap Lake since 1999. Now a Canadian citizen Chris was born in London, England back in the early fifties and emigrated to Canada with his lovely Wife Sandie in the mid 1980's. Chris and Sandie soon settled in Salmon Arm and had two children Sean and Kirstie.

Sandie Lowe. Our Inspiration. Sandie is Cruisin', back in the mid 90's Sandie's desire to share the beautiful Shuswap Lake with the many visitors we get each year, was the start of Cruisin'. Sandie was born in Calgary not so long ago and decided in her early 20's to visit England, big mistake as she met and lost her heart to Chris. Sandie soon joined the Lowe family and with Chris, returned to her native land in the mid 1980's. Sandie now deals with the Cruise bookings and the mountains of paperwork for Cruisin'.

Graham Lowe. Our Little Brother, although you wouldn't think so to look at him. Graham Joined us in 2003 having just arrived from England with his lovely wife Jo. Graham spent 22 years with the British Police and 7 years running his own business consultancy firm before coming to his senses and joining Chris and Sandie on Cruisin' The Shuswap.
